Leadership Consulting
Reinvented
Your last three bad decisions weren't bad because you didn't have the data. They were bad because you were exhausted. Or unconsciously proving something to someone who isn't in the room. Or protecting a hire you made two years ago that you already know isn't working.
This is the layer no framework touches, no MBA teaches, and most executive coaches don't have the training to find. Where your psychology makes decisions your strategy would never approve. And where most senior leaders lose, one small decision at a time.
We work at that layer. For founders and senior operators who suspect they're the problem and would rather know for sure now, while there's still room to change the pattern, than have their next hire, next fundraise, or next quarter prove it.

Services
Every component below can be delivered as a standalone module or as part of the ICONOCLAST™, our 12-week flagship program. Which combination we recommend depends on what's actually costing you. That's what our diagnostic assessment is for.

ICONOCLAST ™
Leadership Development Program
Twelve weeks. Seven psychometric assessments. Co-developed with Dr. Dimitrios Bourantas. Named MEA Markets' Best Leadership Development Programme 2026. Built for founders and senior operators in the tech industry.
Idealized Influence
Idealized influence is what people call it when your team can predict which leader you'll be under pressure, not because you told them your values, but because they've watched you be consistent eleven times in a row. We train the pattern that makes you predictable in the right way.
Inspirational Motivation
Motivational speeches work for about six days. What truly works is when your VP can articulate, unprompted, why this quarter's outcomes are relevant to the reasons your people took the job, not just to the mission on the wall. That conversation, and the framing that makes it possible, is the module.
Intellectual Stimulation
Intellectual stimulation isn't "be more curious." It's the habit where the person who spots a mistake feels safe flagging it and where the leader responds in a way that keeps that habit alive, instead of killing it when it's inconvenient. We work both sides.
Individualized Consideration
Two of your managers are underperforming and you're about to give them the same coaching. One is stalling from fear of being wrong in front of you. The other from conflict aversion. Same behavior, different mechanism. We diagnose the mechanism before we prescribe the intervention.
HEXACO Traits
HEXACO is a six-trait personality model, better suited for workplace behavior than the Big Five. We assess it to identify which of your dispositional defaults are helping you and which are not, then train the traits that matter for your role, your team, and the current bottleneck.
Dark Tetrad
Sub-clinical narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy, and sadism, used intentionally, are what let you execute a layoff without spiraling into guilt, handle a negotiation that ends badly for the other party, and deliver news no one wants to deliver. We train the capacity to draw on them when needed, and drop them when not.
Empathy
There are two kinds of empathy: cognitive (knowing what someone's feeling) and affective (feeling it with them). The best leaders run high on the first and modulate the second. Reading the room accurately and choosing how much to feel and when is what this module builds.
Mental Toughness
Mental toughness isn't staying calm. Leaders who look calm tend to be shut down: composed in the meeting, catastrophic afterward. Real toughness is feeling the fear that the funding round won't close, noticing it, and running the conversation without letting fear write your sentences.
The founder checking Slack at 11pm has an anxious attachment pattern that's convinced him nothing runs without him. The CEO who says "you have my full trust" then asks two others to double-check your work has an avoidant one. Neither gets fixed by calendar hygiene or a Radical Candor workshop. Both get fixed by rewiring the pattern one layer deeper than most leadership programs know how to work. Secure attachment is a trained capability, not a trait.
Chronic sexual dissatisfaction doesn't compartmentalize. It shows up as low-grade irritability with your team, decisions made to prove something no one asked you to prove, risk tolerance that's either too high or already depleted. We assess it, name what's happening, and depending on what surfaces either work it inside the program or refer out to a specialist. The point is ensuring a private dysregulation isn't making decisions on the company's behalf.
Assessment and Customized Reporting
Every ICONOCLAST™ engagement starts and ends with the same seven psychometric instruments. You know your baseline going in. You know exactly what changed coming out.
Pre- and Post-Training Assessments
We measure the seven scales before we start and again at week twelve. The delta is the deliverable. If nothing moved, you deserve to know.
Customized Reporting
Your report tells you which traits changed, by how much, and where the remaining gaps are. No polished-up version. If your Machiavellianism is low and the role calls for it, we'll say so. If your affective empathy is running you into decisions you regret, we'll say that too.
Continuous Support
Twelve weeks aren't enough to sustain a change against a full year of organizational pressure.

Ongoing Support
Monthly check-ins for six months after program completion. Not a "how are you doing". A structured review of which trained patterns are still doing the work, and which have started to drift. Some drift is expected. The point is naming it before it becomes the new baseline.
One-on-One Training
When one of the modules doesn't land, we run targeted 1:1 work. Sessions are intensive, short, and focused on the exact pattern that isn't changing. Direct work on the mechanism that's costing you money.
Refresher Seminars
Your Series B leadership team is not the same set of humans as your Series C leadership team, and the psychological demands aren't either. Refreshers are for when the environment has changed enough that the trained patterns need to be recalibrated. We don't upsell them. We recommend them when they're required.

Ioanna Martinou is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the founder of Mind Made Consulting. ICONOCLAST™ was co-developed with Dr. Dimitrios Bourantas, one of Europe's most established authorities on organizational leadership, and has been named MEA Markets' Best Leadership Development Programme of 2026.
Before founding Mind Made Consulting, Ioanna spent over a decade as a sought-after research consultant to global enterprises and Fortune 500 companies, bridging the gap between what the academic literature shows and what organizations were willing to do about it. That gap, between what's known and what gets applied, is what Mind Made Consulting exists to close.
Ioanna is also the founder of the Tough Love Club, a psychologically intense 1:1 bootcamp for high performers. The Tough Love Club is a separate offering, with a different audience, but the underlying discipline is the same: psychology used as a tool, not as vocabulary.
